Eligibility for Returns
You may return non-perishable items (such as certain supplies or accessories) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. However:
- Live Chickens: Due to health and safety regulations, live animals cannot be returned once delivered.
- Eggs: Fresh eggs are perishable and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately for resolution.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for eligible items:
